CP Rochester and the Kirch Developmental Services Center are proud to present:

Optimizing Health and Well-Being For Persons with Physical Disabilities

Workshops for persons with physical disabilities (including Cerebral Palsy), health care providers and caregivers.

When:    Monday Evenings - 5:45 pm to 8:00 pm

Where:   CP Rochester, 3399 Winton Road South, Rochester, NY 14643

Cost:     $15.00 per session and $60.00 if you attend all five sessions

Sandwiches and coffee/tea will be provided.

If you have childcare needs, please feel free to bring your children. Structured activities will be provided while you are attending the sessions. Just let us know when you register the number of children and the child’s age.
